Perinatal Trauma Consultation
Consultations are for those who are interested in better understanding their birth or perinatal trauma. These consultations are based on the needs of the client but often include space for you to share whatever experiences you feel comfortable sharing, validation and psychoeducation related to your trauma, as well as coping skills and resources to help you navigate life after perinatal trauma. These consults are not psychotherapy, but instead a supportive place to get you started and bridge the gap to getting you the appropriate treatment in your area.
Consultations are virtual and can be booked from anywhere within the U.S.
Fee- $200 per 60 minute consult.
